The programme will, enhance skills and knowledge for practice and support you in meeting the challenges of working within contemporary healthcare, building confidence and professionalism, as well as enhancing employability. The course offers considerable flexibility to study full or part time and to choose from a range of modules for your professional development. The programme can be taken as a top up to a full honours degree for students who already hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Nursing Studies or studied independently as part of your continuing professional development (CPD). For those working in the community the programme has a bespoke pathway leading to the NMC Specialist Practice Qualification in the following disciplines: District Nursing, General Practice Nursing, Community Children's Nursing, Community Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Nursing.
